GUARANTEE 

We guarantee all products in this catalogue for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery against any possible hidden defects in manufacturing and / or printing. This guarantee loses validity for misuse, handling, transportation or storage of equipment by the client or any person outside our company or wear and tear of the product. After this period, the material is considered to have been well accepted, except for Asians items. 

We maintain total discretion on all projects that our customers give to us. 

Terms of payment 

-          For orders that do not require any printing or advertising, the full amount should be liquidated prior to delivery

-          For orders where the customer needs printing, advertising or products not in stock, the customer must provide a 50% deposit including TAX of the total order in advance, 

-          The customer should pay the rest of the order upon delivery of goods. We will supply the goods when the payment, deposits or transfers performed by the customer have been confirmed by the bank.    

The payments should be in any of the following ways: 

-          Cash deposit

-          Electronic transference

-          Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron or Master Card)

PRICES 

The prices of the products appear in our price list and will be provided at no cost to our customers and distributors or advertisers who request our catalogue. We will send a quote to all the final customers (companies) that request our prices.

All the prices are expressed in Mexican pesos M.N and are subject to change without notice. If the customer requires a USD list (dollars), please request it and we will prepare and send it. 

PRINTING PRODUCTS

Original mechanical 

For the manufacturing of printing orders, we require and original mechanical in one of the following design programs:

-          Ilustrator or Corel Draw 12 or 10 Free hand turned curves.

-          EPS or PDF vectorized files 

NOTE: We do not accept images from the Internet 

In the case the customer cannot comply with the above, our design department can develop it from a business card, letter head sheet, sample print, sketch or scanned image. This original will be submitted for its approval before starting the process of your order and will have an additional charge. 

 In the case of customers that have corporate manuals, we require that you provide us with a copy to guide us in the handling of your logo, If not, we can develop your logo based on written instructions that the client provides us with, clearing us of any subsequent claims.

 PRINTING INKS

We suggest that the printing of the logo be made from the basic colors of the PANTONE guide. If the tone of your choice is another, we would be very happy to prepare it. It should be noted that even with the correct preparation of inks, tones may vary depending on the material and/or color of the article to which it is applied.   

PRINTING SAMPLES 

If you require a printed sample prior to your order, it will cost the equivalent of printing packages for low pieces stipulated for each item plus the cost of the product, this amount will be refunded if the order is confirmed later to us. 

DELIVERY 

The delivery time of products with print depends on the level of work in our workshop, speed in the approval of originals, dummies and/or printed samples, product availability and the number of impressions and their complexity. The final delivery of print orders is 8 to 15 working days from the date of the approval order, payment and the approval of the original mechanical, dummy and/or printed sample. 

Delays are generated by the client can impact the delivery date. Likewise, any correction or change requested on the instructions or designs originally specified in the order, shall be notified in witting within a period not to exceed 7 calendar days from the authorization. These changes can bring consequences such as delay in the date of delivery as well as changes in the total amount of the order. In this case the client will be notified for authorization. 

The customer agrees to accept up to 3% more or less of the material requested in the purchase order for which the exact number of pieces will be invoiced and delivered  without us incurring the responsibility to replace missing pieces, or to deliver the amount originally requested.  The delivery of orders in the Federal District and metropolitan Area may be carried out in our facilities or at location depending on the order amount. For orders greater than 5,000 M.N. we commit to deliver the material at home. For orders less than this amount the customer has to collect the product at our facilities.

Shipment on foreign orders will be made by a medium of the customers choosing, expenses will be paid by the customer at their own risk. 

NOTE: For security reasons, we do not deliver in troubled or insecure neighborhoods. 

Under no circumstances should you pay the delivery person, in case any documentation, is given, you must sign the receipt.

One the goods depart, we do not accept any returns or claims except for the reason expressed in the terms and guarantee times.  

URGENT WORK 

Urgent work is considered projects whose delivery time is less than 8 days, these orders will be subject to the level of work of our print shop, approval speed of originals and work dummies, product availability, quantity of parts and/or printing inks as well as the complexity involved in printing the order, This service will incur an additional charge and must be agreed upon in writing with your representative before it is authorized. It should be noted that for this type of work one can not produce printed patterns. 

CHANGES FROM FACTORY 

The products of the catalogue are subject to design changes, presentations and/or colors without prior notice; we are not responsible if the product is discontinued by the manufacturer.  

RETURNS 

Proceed

-          Inside of the 30 calendar days of our warranty.

-          When you notify your sales representative of your nonconformity and provide samples of the defective product.

-          After evaluating and accepting your  nonconformity.

-          Products that have been developed and printed by us.

-          By no means, Comercializadora Gane agrees to repay the  amount of the order.  

Not proceed 

-          When the printing of the product is equal to the one authorized by the customer.

-          Items erased or ill-treated by the customer.

-          When the products are returned to us in a different presentation and packaging to the ones that they were delivered.

-          In items discontinued, in promotions or in liquidation 

NOTE: We handle all our negotiations in writing We are not responsible for any agreements not in writing.
